Business Analyst – Exchange / Broker Products – Commodities – London recruitment
The role-holder will:
• Join a market-leading organisation which has grown hugely in the last 36 months and has expansion plans for the next 3 years.
• Play a key role in the planning, development and success of the organisation’s current and future products: understand current products, obtain client feedback on those and on requirements, generate future product ideas, perform competitive analysis and build business cases.
• Actively engage in the Production Process: capture and manage the valuable stories and their relative priorities, elaborating stories into Acceptance Tests and engage with developers and testers to ensure solutions best match the stories’ intent.
• Contribute to the Sales Process: conduct workshops with prospective customers to identify any development required in order to enable the sale; advise customers on how to configure products to meet their requirements.
All applicants must have:
- Excellent Business Analysis skills.
- Strong client-facing skills acquired within a front office trading environment.
- Sufficient technical expertise to understand software products in detail and liaise meaningfully with developers (and ability to hack HTML would be a huge advantage).
Ideal applicants will have:
- Commodities experience.
