This role is on the run-the-bank side of the business sitting in the cross business projects team, which is involved in managing projects that are not specifically aligned to one business area. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate will be involved in 3-4 projects at a time, with a typical project length of 3-6 months. This role is incredibly varied, as the projects are largely created on an ad-hoc basis. In addition to this the cross business projects team is a brand new team, which presents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to forge a career within the company. Due to the level of activity within this area, opportunities for progression are exceptional.
As my client is looking to build a team of first-rate individuals, the successful candidate will have a strong academic background with a top honours degree, (or equivalent). In addition to this, a good understanding of IT is desirable, as is experience in either a business analyst or product control position.
