Business Analyst – Flow Derivatives Middle Office Change recruitment
As a Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting project planning phase and track progress accordingly (incl. management of risk, issues and dependencies)
- Business requirements gathering and documenting
- Running workshops and meetings with project stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve key issues
- Working with IT to define solution architecture in line with business requirements and operating model principles
- Test-pack generation
- Understanding of required static data set up to perform testing
- Ensuring business readiness and post implementation support
The successful candidate will have
- Good understanding of the Flow Rates derivatives products
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Good knowledge of derivative end to end processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A desire to improve processes and eliminate waste and inefficiencies
- Strong problem solving skill set to proactively resolve issues through all phases of the project
- Ability to extract, formulate and document business requirements, utilizing various methods
- Ability to work within both waterfall and iterative (agile) project lifecycle approaches
