BUSINESS ANALYST – FUND MIGRATION recruitment
They are expected to have extensive experience of designing and implementing changes to systems that support these services to support and meet client needs.
They will work as part of a wider team consisting of Project Managers, Business Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) , IT and Operation team representatives. They will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing changes to Company systems and are responsible for the handover to support teams when live.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as an SME for the systems supporting middle office processes.
- For these systems:
- Document business requirement specifications.
- Design operating model / process flows for systems and business processes.
- Develop, document and implement support processes agreeing interactions with business teams and hand-offs with IT.
- Design and coordinate testing for system changes in conjunction with the business and IT.
- Provide consultancy advice to the business, clients and Business Support teams on system technical matters.
- Project manage and implement client- or business-driven changes affecting these systems and processes.
- Support wider change projects affecting these systems and project manage the resulting activities within Business Support to ensure that all aspects of system support are fully addressed.
- This role supports systems and processes affecting more than 500 system users and around 40 institutional clients.

- Highly organised, able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
Core Requirements:
- Significant operational experience of middle office processing essential.
- Systems implementation or change experience essential.
- System administration and support experience highly desirable.
- Project management experience desirable.
- Graduate or equivalent experience.
- IAQ Merit Award or equivalent.
- Strong systems skills.
- Deep knowledge of fund administration / middle office processes.
- Highly literate in IT infrastructure and application management.
- Good process design skills.
- Good training and knowledge transfer skills.
