Business Analyst – Manager recruitment
This position will assume a manager’s role responsible for ;
- Collecting and analyzing the project’s business requirements
- Transferring knowledge and providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage.
- Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements.
- Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.
[Required skills]
- A minimum of 3 years Business Analysis, preferably within an Insurance environment
- Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.
[Preferred skills]
- Life insurance domain knowledge is preferred, candidates from other financial service domains may however be considered.
- Either IT development background or business process re-engineering experience will be an asset.
