Business Analyst – Middle Office / Operations recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst  and Project Management initiatives within middle office and operations of financial services clients

• Work closely with clients; lead analysis, provide business requirements, coordinate UAT and post Go-Live activities.

• Manage communication regarding project planning, scope, budget to executive committee and sponsors

• Provide support and coordination of business process and organizational changes within production teams

• Manage initiatives within product control relating to process improvement and business process reengineering

• Provide support and coordination of business process and organizational changes

Requirements:

• 4+ years financial services experience within product control, finance and/or middle /back office

• Product knowledge (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, FX)

• Broadridge (Impact or BPS) and/or Calypso experience a plus

• Experience in process improvement analysis and business process re-engineering, including preparation of BRDs

• Business analysis / project management skills. Experience in rolling out global processes and systems

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (with experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, VISIO and Access)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree required
