Business Analyst – Private Banking – Client/Legal/Compliance experience recruitment
Experience of private banking is essential, as is experience of a large proportion of these areas:
- Client modeling
- Counterparty modeling
- Type of accounts
- Internal Reporting
- Account openings
- KYC/CRM
- AML
- Client Performances
- Legal SG
- Legal HK
- Audit
- Risk Control – customer and product matching
- Statements/advices
The responsibilities of the candidate include and not restricted to:
- Perform functional gap analysis
- Gather business requirements from users from different lines of businesses
- Coordinate with users of different lines of businesses and different entities
- Find solutions to the various identified problems
- Build test scenarios
- Conduct the review sessions with the users to ensure acceptance and signed off by users
- Coordinate with the development teams in Europe
- Participate or supervise the testing during UATs rounds
- Train users
- Write and update documentation
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or Marketing or Legal Compliance
- Fast learner
- Proactive and responsible
- Excellent analytical skills - be able to identify appropriate options and solutions that satisfy the needs of the business as well as alternatives
- Able to gain mutual agreement or acceptance from conflict
- Ability to grow with the role and take more responsibility over time
- IT experience is a plus but not a must
- Knowledge of Avaloq Banking System is a plus but not a must
- Exposure to the Banking industry is a plus but not a must
