Business Analyst (10 months Contract) RAR : Risk Process Change Management recruitment
Job Scope includes:
- Gather and review business requirements with business team
- Analyzing impact of change to existing processes and system flows
- Develop and document functional specifications
- Prepare, execute and document testing strategy, including test conditions and cases
- Track and facilitate issues resolutions with IT during UAT / Regression cycles
- Provide day-to-day management on the delivery of the change requests.
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
Education / Experience:
- University Graduate with good honors degree
- A degree in Finance/Accountancy is a plus but not mandatory
- 3 - 7 years relevant work experience in Financial Institutions preferred
- Business Analysis experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services with prior project management and testing experience would be advantageous
Skills:
- Good analytical skills, numerically competent
- Business analysis and functional specification design
- System implementation/ projects and testing experience
- Understand business processes, financial products, market risk methodology and regulatory requirements (eg. FSA Basel II/III; CVA)
- Issue tracking and resolution
- Good SQL skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
