Business Analyst
Collateral Management and Derivatives subject matter expert with excellent BA/project management skills sought by this major global house.
Key purpose of the role will be to analyse and coordinate all business related projects relating to the implementation of collateral management and derivative solutions within Securities Services. The successful candidate will be the department’s SME on collateral management and as such be responsible for ensuring that project developments/deliveries adhere to business requirements and that the business operating model is successfully rolled out.
Applicants will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of collateral management and OTC Derivatives, ideally gained from a line management role within prime brokerage or securities services. Previous project management experience is essential and will be complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills as part of the role will involve running workshops and training sessions.
A strategic mind-set is essential, together with a creative approach to problem solving and the proven ability to deliver solutions in a pressurised environment. The preferred candidate will be familiar with agile methodologies and demonstrate a good understanding of complex derivative products in addition to collateral management.
