Business Analyst (12-month contract) recruitment
Key Roles Responsibilities
1. To provide the necessary support to Financial Markets business finance team in achieving a high standard of financial information to business units.
2. To support Business Controllers in management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
3. To ensure that both regular and ad-hoc management reporting requirements are met.
4. Work as a business partner and developing new and innovative ways of information delivery and presentation.
5. To drive and strengthen the relationship between the central and country finance teams to enable seamless information flow and prompt resolution of issues.
6. Build and maintain an excellent network in a short amount of time both within the finance function and within the internal business community.
7. Act as a change agent by constantly examining and challenging existing process to ensure their robustness and efficiency.
Qualifications Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
1. Educated to degree level; preferably in a Finance / Business background.
2. Several years of work experience in Business Finance, MIS / Management reporting or Product Control.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels both written (report and guideline writing) and verbally.
4. Excellent skills in excel and powerpoint.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Client (internal and external) focused and sensitive to client needs.
7. Lateral thinker with ability to use own initiative.
8. Knowledge of Global Markets products would be an advantage.
