Business Analyst (12 Months Contract) recruitment
This project will be based on change management as well as enable FX STP (Straight Through Processing) for the Regional area. The role will include detailed definition of business requirements from all relevant stakeholders, working with Technology to translate the requirement into functional specification and leading the business implementation of the new platform (User Testing, Training, Communication)and its surrounding business processes.
Responsibilities
- Strong experience in FX and Money Markets, and exposure to trading environment
- Demonstrate a good track record of business and change management, working on a variety of relevant projects with successful delivery; stakeholder management
- Strong communication and analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical requirements with clear documentation
- Strong command of project and program management techniques – including the application of industry-standard methodologies, techniques are essential.
- Ability to work on multiple project and deliver based on a tight schedule
Requirements
- A high quality degree level education and a first class general academic track record.
- Project and action orientated with a focus on continuous improvement
- Highly energetic and delivery focused, with the ability to deliver quality results with a challenging but positive and influential style.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and must be a quick learner
- Ability to work deliver under time pressure.
- Unrelenting approach to driving deliverables forward and ensuring accountability across a broad stakeholder base.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be capable of holding senior level debate at a global level
