Business Analyst
The position will act as the liaison between Corporate Finance and IT Technology and external vendors that provide a service used in Accounts Payable and Travel Expense operations. These vendors include Microsoft, American Express, Citi, CounselLink, Market Data Services Limited, etc. The position will monitor all inbound and outbound data feeds as well as maintain master data consistency between systems.
The position will also work closely with Subject Matter Experts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Travel Expense, Procurement) within Corporate Finance and IT Technology on new development efforts. This position will document business requirements and together with IT Technology manage the new development projects throughout its development lifecycle. This position will be responsible for end user testing of new developments.
Finally, the position will be responsible for monitoring user access and role assignments and master data in all financial systems utilized by corporate IT.
Some of the specific functions required of this position are:
1. Approval and monitoring of user access and role assignment
2. Ownership of all MSD Master Data
3. Maintain TE report approval hierarchies
4. Manage daily interface with Corp. Card provider
5. Manage payment interface with bank
6. Open change requests and issue tickets
7. Provide business requirements for new development projects
8. Manage new development projects requests through development lifecycle
9. Conduct End user testing on new developments
Project management experience a plus
Experience in MS Dynamics a plus
