Job Description:

We are seeking a business analyst with experience in OTC clearing to participate in our global expansion of our OTC Clearing Solution.  The analyst will be a key contributor to our clearing product management team.  Their responsibilities will include adapting our OTC Clearing Solution for global exchanges, working closely with our clients and those exchanges to continue to adapt our solution and innovate in the market, hands-on collaboration with internal thought leaders in engineering, professional services and business development, and expanding our coverage to support value-added services across both listed and OTC clearing operations.  The ideal candidate is someone who has demonstrable analyst experience in the capital markets industry, has a very strong attention to detail, can work across functional lines, and has experience working with information technology.  Experience with clearing process (OTC or listed) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements to create product specifications

• Communicate these specifications to the engineering team for development 

• Help test these developments and be able to explain product features to the documentation team

• Work with professional services personnel and customers to ensure the product meets their requirements and enhancement is delivered on time

• Assist the testing team with analysis of bugs reported and work with the engineering team for their timely resolution and client delivery 

• Advocate for new product feature enhancements in line with market and regulatory developments

• Assist with product documentation and marketing collateral for pre-sales, sales, customers and prospects as required

Skills Requirements:

• B.S or a Master in Business/Finance or any other quantitative field

• Must have between 3-5 years’ experience working within the finance sector or working for a software vendor or consultancy

• Knowledge of cleared financial products, particularly OTC derivatives (swaps, FX non-deliverables, credit derivatives and/or listed futures and options)

• Knowledge of clearing and/or collateral management operations is an advantage

• Business Analysis Skills

• Strong Mathematical or Analytical Background

• Excel and SQL

• Good oral and written communication skills are essential
