Business Analyst - Front Office FX/MM
A global investment bank has a role within their FX IT division and are looking for a senior business analyst to play a pivotal role on a target operating model programme.
The successful candidate will have recent experience working within the front office, a strong understanding of FX and how an FX business is supported. Experience of defining and documenting business operating models is essential. In addition, candidates will need to have an ability to produce detailed requirements within tight deadlines and be able to structure and convey complex concepts to teams. Familiarity with proprietary products as well as vendor products would be advantageous as well as knowledge of cash, options, hedging and front to back workflow.
Essential Requirements
- Proven and recent experience working on a front office FX team
- Excellent Business Analysis background working with both IT and business teams
- Excellent target operating model experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the FX/MM business including cash, options, hedging and risk management
- Very delivery focused and an ability to work closely with demanding front end users
- Agile and/or Waterfall experience
