Institutional Banking and Markets provides relationship management and product capability for the Bank's major corporate, government and institutional clients. IBM offers Total Capital Solutions to our clients, ranging from core transactional banking to debt, equity and financial markets risk management products and services.

The team:

Global Trade Transaction Services (GTTS) are accountable for the delivery of Trade Finance Products and operational management, Global Payments network and relationships with correspondent and international payment clearing participants, and our Trade Finance Sales teams supporting Business Private Bank / Institutional Banking Markets clients in Australia and offshore.

The role:

The role principally gathers information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. Liaises with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organisation and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.
