Description

The candidate provides a business/systems analysis and solution-consulting role within BNY Mellons Global Outsourcing implementation team.. S/he works collaboratively with business and client partners to clearly define business and functional requirements to support the design and overall delivery of solutions that are part of broader global outsourcing implementations.

Overall responsiblities may include:

Working within the overall product vision, key objectives, strategies, sponsorship, and priorities consistent with contractual obligations, regulatory changes, and product requirements.

Working in partnership with both the client and internal BNYMellon and Eagle organizations in defining business and functional requirements to ensure high quality delivery of functionality.

Contributing to the overall usability and acceptance relative to best in industry functionality.

Communicating project status within the project management structure - to appropriate stakeholders.

Identify and recommend new applications, solutions, and project integration opportunities across other implementation projects and/or products.

Contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Comply with 100% accuracy of time reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related discipline is preferred, a degree in technology is a plus, along with Extensive industry experience, espcially as it relates to middle and front office actvities. Candidate must possess strong analytical and communicative skills demonstrating the ability to dissect requests and/or requirements, undestanding industry standards against custom requests, documenting and representing them to both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities/clients and be able to understand and manage overall capacity, priorities and escalating critical issues and/or risks as necessary. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high pressure, high volume environment. Effectively use Microsoft Office applications and PC proficiency in Windows-based programs.
