Business Analyst
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a leading bank; the roleholder will be required to lead a medium/ complex change initiative within the change team. The role will involve all elements of BA duties including Requirements gathering, analysis and definition, business operational design, process analysis and mapping.
You must be an experience Business Analyst with proven strong analytical ability, excellent understanding of Business Analysis and methods and a track record of delivering high quality analysis and deliverables. You will preferably be from a retail banking background with experience of working within a number of IT and Business projects/ programmes. Ideally you will have experience if the use of Requirements software ie Composer and Business Analysis qualifications would be preferable (i.e ISEB).
