Business Analyst

An opportunity has arisen to work within a large Organisational change programme; a Business Analyst is urgently required to join the Human Capital workstream. The main aim of the role is to clearly capture and document current state assessments and requirements for “to-be” model.

You will be a strong Business Analyst with excellent requirements gathering, process design and solid communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders. You must have a strong background of working within Financial services with good experience of working on large transformation programmes specifically related to one of the following:

* Communications
* Governance, Structure and reporting lines
* Risk and process mapping
* MI: Balanced scorecard and functional performance measures
* Centres of Excellence
* Infrastructure – Cost Centre FTE Alignment
* Capability Development People
* Technology

You will ideally have knowledge and experience in gathering Management information business requirements and an understanding of MI/ Reporting solutions although this is not essential.
