Business Analyst – Service Now Platform
Service Now Business Analyst required for my Investment Banking client based in London to analyse the new set of platforms being considered for adoption into the E2E framework.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Review requirements with E2E SNOW TDA and SNOW development team; categorize into low/medium/high effort capabilities
- Complete detailed UAT test scripts in conjunction with input/test completion from E2E developers and syndicate/sign off with platform SME/stakeholders
Candidates will require:
- Business Analysis experience within a banking / financial environment
- Experience as a BA working on Service Now projects
- UAT Testing scripting experience
- Business and process understanding of Cloud, Virtualization and Web-architecture technologies
- Transformation project delivery experience including end-2-end delivery methodology of inception, requirements, design, build, test and roll-out
