Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.

Team Description

Performance Risk Analytics (PRA) provides innovative and integrated solutions and is a leading global provider of performance measurement, analytics and attribution services to pension funds, investment managers and consultants. The specialist Business Analyst team is dedicated to recommending, analysing and implementing efficient business processes to meet the changing demands of the unit and the industry and providing production and technical support to PRA EMEA Operations and other internal departments based around the world.

Job Purpose

The Business Analyst is required to liaise between all parties involved in on-boarding new services, efficiencies and enhancements. They will play a central role in the success of their projects by determining and writing the business requirements, managing associated deliverables and ensuring that all deadlines are met and any issues escalated appropriately. This role will also involve consultation as a business/product expert and will provide support to other team members and end users.

• Experience of providing technical specification and requirements documentation for Information Systems.

• Ability to provide training of a technical nature in written and verbal form.

• Experience of using Microsoft Office products, in particular manipulating Excel spreadsheets. Utilising advanced functions (macros, VB, complex formulae) would be desirable.

• Experience writing SQL.

• Experience working with large and complex databases and an ability to understand how they function/interact.

• An understanding of Investment Performance Measurement to include knowledge of Modified Dietz performance methodology and the principles of attribution advantageous.

• Experience in institutional accounting processes advantageous.

Academic/Professional Qualifications (or equivalent qualifiers)

Computer Science, Financial, Statistical or Mathematically related experience or degree is advantageous.
