Business Analyst
A Business Analyst is urgently required to work as part of an Operational excellence programme within the Compliance arena. The Business Analyst will work on an assigned programme work stream to clearly capture and document compliance wide continuous improvement needs and deliver Operational Excellence.
You will ideally be Lean Six Sigma certified with strong Business Analysis skills including gathering business requirements and defining business designs/processes within financial organisations. You will have solid process mapping skills alongside strong knowledge in one of the following transformation programme disciplines:
Governance, Structure and reporting lines
Process mapping
Balanced scorecard and functional performance measures
Technology
You will also ideally have knowledge in continuous improvement and/ or Operational excellence roles. Strong process re-engineering skills are also preferred.
