Business Analyst
An international bank are implementing a large scale, global transformation programme focusing on Client On-boarding, and a Business Analyst is now required to join this programme to drive initiatives to dramatically enhance customer experience and optimise processes.
You will play a key part in shaping and implementing the Target Operating Model for the UK, streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement, prioritising activity. You will engage with multiple senior stakeholders, gaining buy in and understanding the key components of existing processes.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong banking background. Previous experience of process re-engineering and improvement are essential. You must also have experience of developing and implementing Target Operating Model within a global bank. Experience of Client On-boarding and a knowledge of KYC processes are desirable.
