Business Analyst
Four Business Analysts are required to work on a large scale change programme within the Retail Banking business area.
Focusing on the definition of change into Digital Banking your aim will be to maximise the value for the UK Retail Business Banking area by retaining and growing the number of clients using digital services, increasing the volume of transactions being carried through digital channels. You will be responsible for assisting in the definition of the requirements to meet the businesses strategic objectives and contribute to the development of documentation of Business Operating Models, Organisational designs etc as specified by the programme/project. You will be creative, innovative and proactive in managing requirements scope, identifying solutions to problems or issues and ensuring that the resulting customer experience is optimal.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Business Analyst from a strong Digital Banking background. An understanding of means of business requirements gathering - including business process re-engineering, input into organisational design, operating models is essential for this role. Excellent stakeholder management skills are also required for this role.
