Business Analyst - Accounting Systems Integration
Description Responsible for the successful implementation of software systems and business processes to support Accounting. Provide on-the-job training, performance assessment, coaching, motivation, and counseling to employees to encourage optimum performance and continued skill development. Effectively plan and manage the organization and utilization of people and technology. Foster the creation and maintenance of a group of super-users of each software application to facilitate training and system set-up. Effectively communicate to both Management and Staff process change and implementation timelines. Effectively define and communicate business requirements for software systems and processes. Revise existing system logic difficulties to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Participate in systems development, both from an application and business perspective. Ensure department and employees are operating within all Chesapeake, state, federal, etc. guidelines, policies, and regulations. Provide employees with guidance in handling policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
