Business Analyst - Level 2
Cintas is currently looking for a Business Analyst Level 2 for the Application Delivery team within IT. The Business Analyst Level 2 is responsible for: participating in short-term planning sessions with a client to implement process improvement within an assigned area; establishing liaison relationship with business partners in order to provide solutions to meet user needs; assessing client needs utilizing a structured requirements process to assist in identifying business priorities, supporting feasibility studies, and implementing business solutions; developing, writing, and communicating business requirements for the implementation of business solutions; developing user test cases and validating test results during user acceptance testing; providing Tier III support by investigating, resolving and escalating problems; supporting and participating in the formal reporting of project status; providing accurate time estimates to support system changes; and capturing and tracking operational metrics to understand performance and to ensure success in process improvements.
