Business Analyst - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Client is seeking a CRM Business Analyst with and DataFLux or Trillium is preferred, but will take any CRM.
The BA will contribute on multiple projects to design, build, and deploy many of our industry leading business systems. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and have the ability to synthesize and document information in a concise manner. The candidate must also have experience with web-based applications and technologies, some SharePoint knowledge is preferred but not required. This role requires someone who requires little direction to be successful.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Formulate and define complex system requirements based on user and industry needs
- Documentation of product requirements and translation of proper system specifications
- Recommend project direction and define standard processes.
- Assist with product implementation delivery and roll-out
- Facilitate training and working sessions
- Work closely with development teams to design, build and test applications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors Degree (preferred, but not required)
- At least 4+ years experience in a consulting / customer service related environment
- 2+ years working with CRM products (DataFLux or Trillium data quality analyst as a plus)
- Experience with QA or Development testing of an enterprise application, CRM package desirable
- Strong background in web-based applications, web technologies, SharePoint knowledge a plus
- Strong software lifecycle experience: Requirements, Design, QA, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Strong communication and conceptual skills
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines: Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must.
- Strong experience in managing client expectations
