Business Analyst – 4-5 months contract recruitment
Job Description
Our PeopleSoft Continuous Improvement team is looking for a business analyst to join the Singapore location. The business analyst role will be involved in our OneGL program specifically working on the data conversion stream. The role requires reconciling accounting data in preparation for the Ledger Integration Project
Division/Departmenet Overview
The PeopleSoft Continuous Improvement (PCI) team is located in Singapore and Pune and is organized within the Global Financial Accounting group. The team is responsible for project managing and implementing PeopleSoft, and GLAD (both in-house applications) related projects. This includes responsibility for the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering, impact analysis, testing and end user training.
Working closely with internal users’ community (e.g. Financial Accounting, Product Control), technical and production support teams, PCI’s primary focus is to analyze, develop, and implement robust and efficient solutions based on user’s requirements.
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
- Accounting experience and a sound understanding of related data.
- highly analytical and accuracy skills
- ability to mine data and resolve issues
- Strong Excel skills
