The Role
The Business Analyst is responsible for defining; scoping; and detailing Business requirements and Cases for strategic and tactical initiatives across the Commercial Department (Marketing, Market Planning, Customer Services and Sales).
The purpose of this role is to work across the commercial departments, and on activities to help drive the company's commercial development. This role includes analysing and developing commercial value initiatives relating to our Customers, Product/technology innovations and re-engineering processes to drive change. It will support initiatives across the business by providing relevant knowledge, experience and resource.
The role is responsible for maintaining productive and efficient relationships with the commercial, IT Finance business stakeholders, managers and team members to ensure the department delivers professional service and solutions that drive benefit for the business.
The Person
Business Analyst experience with supervisor/management experience - preferably in the commercial and IT space.
- Experience with Business Process Review, Project Management and Relationship Management is highly regarded
- Experience in the online space - B2B and B2C
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with engagement at an Executive Level.
- Experience in the eBusiness space will be highly regarded
- Experience with end to end Business Process Re-Engineering will be highly regarded
