Business analyst

Business Analyst required to support the existing development team, who are responsible for the development and roll-out of a global pricing tool to support our clients portfolio of existing customers. This is a strategic programme and has visibility at Senior Management level, so we require somebody with an excellent work ethic who is passionate and driven about being part of a project will make a big difference to a Global organisation.

We require somebody with the following skills:

* Excellent business analysis skills and the ability to understand and document existing systems and elicit additional user requirements to determine functionality gaps.

* Strong on requirements gathering, user case development, business process modelling and documentation.

* Experience of working within an Agile environment and using the Agile practices to develop higher quality and complex software systems

* Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with staff on a global level at each stage of the development. (Due to geographic spread much of this communication will need to be done via telephone, e-mail and conference calls. Face- to-face meetings will be limited).

* Excellent administration skills to ensure traceability between business requirements and technical solutions.
