About the Job
Business Systems Analyst, to £50K, you will be implementing a new billing software package into telecoms and utilities companies. As a subject matter expert on our clients billing software you will be the business lead for each project building relationships and trust with stakeholders and users and translating their business needs into an IT solution. You will have proven experience in technical business analysis, particularly in requirements gathering and capture, project management, creating documentation and an understanding of the whole software development life cycle. Ideally you will have experience from a telco, energy or utility company in invoice/billing software.
You will also have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, Windows Server, CRM systems, SQL and Oracle databases and networks.
This is a demanding role and requires a flexible attitude to travel and long hours, however it is also rewarding seeing your solution being implemented and working in the customers environment. The salary on offer is between £40K and £50K + benefits, it has the opportunity to learn a new piece of software and possibly international travel. You will be based in West London/Middlesex but frequently working on customer sites.
