Lead in capturing accurate, clear and detailed system requirements on complex projects. Able to clearly articulate requirements in verbal and written form.
Able to understand, document system design (data map) system limitations during requirements review. Proven ability to identify and analyze gaps.
Demonstrates proficient active listening, behavioral response and open ended questioning during discussions for obtaining system requirements, client drivers and business goals.
Creates prototyping and workflow analysis to visually represent system design using PowerPoint, Visio, iRise etc.
Appropriately responds and reacts to system outages, participates in required research, provides subject matter expertise on application, environment and infrastructure and accurately documents and communicates to resolve technical issues.
Analyzes, logs and documents repetitive issues to identify root cause. Is able to understand and analyze any failed test scenarios. Is able to seek and resolve root cause and actively manage open issues and/or defects.
Assists during system validation and production installs.
Possess long term view on process improvements and system enhancements.
Possess ability to understand and modify application workflow and templates, generate business reports, production statistics and design ad hoc requests.
Experience/Skills Required
Formulate, define, and analyze system requirements and fact-finding for highly complex project.
Candidate will need to quickly gain in-depth understanding of a customized workflow systems and processes.
Ability to document system design (data map).
Ability to identify, document and analyze gaps.
MS Office Suite including Visio.
Proven Business Systems and/or Business Analyst work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
Previous banking experience in Default Management (Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure or Bankruptcy)
Knowledge of banking practices pertaining to compliance/regulatory affecting banking practices.
Technical writing experience
Workflow application experience
Clarifire or MSP application experience
