Business Analyst
Business Analysts are being sought by my leading Life and Pensions client, they are based in East Surrey and are going through a period of growth throughout the business.
Ideally candidates will have some background in the Financial Services sector, 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst position, experience of the full project lifecycle and the ability to 'hit the ground running'. Although sitting within IT, the successful Business Analysts will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the business and will be comfortable working on non-IT projects.
Candidates will be comfortable working with various methodologies, be they Agile or Waterfall, following Prince guidelines and will ideally be ISEB Certified.
In terms of projects they will vary, but will likely be more business rather than IT focussed, BAs who have focussed, in the main, on IT projects are unlikely to be considered.
These positions will suit people who can bring a depth of BA experience to a growing and busy team, individuals who can remain calm under pressure and communicate with (sometimes difficult) stakeholders throughout the business.
Experience in financial services, specifically Life and Pensions, RDR or Solvency II would be a big advantage.
