Business Analyst
Our client is seeking Business Analysts to undertake a range of projects in its highly technical, media broadcast environment. The roles would be ideal for graduates with a few years business analysis experience gained in a large professional services, IT or engineering organisation. These roles require a mix of strong technical business analysis and some project management skills and experience. Specific media and broadcast knowledge and experience is preferable.
The responsibilities will include:
· Working with the technical and engineering team or project sponsor to elicit requirements
· Defining quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements
· Using agile processes where appropriate
· Liaising with customer project managers, if required
· Working across many small projects at the same time, or on one large project
The ideal candidates will be:
· confident and conscientious self-starters with strong academic record (2.1 degree or 1st)
· highly organised and methodical yet flexible, inquisitive, independent and self-aware
· attentive to detail but also be able to take a broad view
· open communicators and have a strong team work ethic
· commercially astute
