The Merchant Services team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can identify opportunities and drive business decisions based on large volumes of data. Key Responsibilities Influence business decisions with data. Take a proactive approach to defining metrics, reports, and dashboards. Drive the monthly Merchant metrics reporting process. Collaborate with executives and managers to make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improving website and email performance. Own website analytics, A/B testing results and marketing ROI. Work with historical data and sales to determine the best combination of ad attributes and audience targeting to maximize revenue. Provide input on suggested business actions based on analytical findings. The successful candidate has demonstrated: An above average passion for numbers, data and challenges. Basic Qualifications A bachelor's degree at a well-regarded institution in an analytical field (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance) 2+ years of work experience Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in SQL is strongly desired Understanding of relational database and familiarity with statistics Outstanding Excel skills (pivot tables and charts); expertise working with large datasets Experience in marketplace businesses (e.g. both sellers and buyers)
