Job Overview: We are looking for Business Analyst having good experience with Investment Banking / Capital Markets.

Position: Business Analyst - Investment Banking / Capital Markets
Location: Midtown, NYC
Position Type: Fulltime Perm with Capgemini
Relocation Required: Yes, if outside NYC
Salary: Base + Performance Bonus + Benefits
Work Authorization Required: Yes (open to H1 Transfer and other Immigration Support)

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst having good experience with Capital Markets,especially Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Cross product knowledge of financial products etc,

Should have some experience with Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
 
Roles Responsibilities:
*   Requirements gathering, Creating, Design Spec, Functional Spec Business Requirement Documents.
*   Data Analysis, Data Mapping
*   Drive discussions, be a leader and establish a good impression with client
*   Analyze client data and business terms. Analysis of data from a data quality and integrity perspective.
*   Assisting the team to make reports and presentations.
*   Scope Documentation, Client Management, Issue Tracking, UAT Coordination, Production Support, Project Management.

Required skills and experience:
*   5+ years of experience with Capital Markets especially Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Cross product knowledge of financial products etc,
*   Experience with conducting requirement sessions, conveying requirements to development team, getting issues resolved during QA, coordinating UAT/user training, and production support.Experience with documentation: Detailed Requirements Specification, Functional Specification, Test Cases
*   Experience with SQL to query data for analysis and testing
*   Experience with data migration
*   Excellent Communication skills
*   Project Management exposure

Education:
*   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Accountancy or related field
