A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced business analyst with a background in front office, asset management (investment management) technology, specifically OMS systems.
My client is well known and respected business that has a high calibre team and works with the latest and best trading technology. There is an emphasis on fixed income for this role however multi asset class knowledge is a must.
You will be responsible for understanding the needs and requirements of business users and then produce detailed and high quality functional and technical documentation that will be used by development teams to customise and enhance front office solutions.
You will have worked with vendors systems such as; Fidessa, Charles River, BlackRock, Aladdin, Eze Catle, Advent, Lindedata, Simcorp, Sophis etc and have a good understanding of the pros and cons of front office systems and the challenging's faced in implementing and enhancing them.
As a Business analyst - front office, asset management, investment management, implementation, OMS, fixed income - your responsibilities will include:
* Analyse the needs and requirements of business users in relation to front office (OMS) technology
* Produce detailed and accurate specification documents
* Be involved in the implementation of the new solutions and upgrades/enhancement
* Performing UAT testing
* Provide user training and support
* Work with vendors to ensure the solutions meeting requirements

To be considered for the role of Business analyst - front office, asset management, investment management, implementation, OMS, fixed income - you must have the following skills and experience:
* 5+ years of business analyst experience
* Front office experience including a widely used, 3rd party OMS system
* Excellent communication skills
* Fixed income business knowledge
