Business Analyst – Accounting Systems implementation – Bank recruitment
The responsibilities will include:
- Perform functional gap analysis
- Gather business requirements from users from different lines of businesses
- Coordinate with users of different lines of businesses and different entities
- Build test scenarios
- Conduct the review sessions with the users to ensure acceptance and signed off by users
- Coordinate with the development teams in Europe
- Participate or supervise the testing during UATs rounds
- Train users
- Write and update documentation
Requirements
- Degree holder from a technical or business discipline
- Any accounting experience is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical skills - be able to identify appropriate options and solutions that satisfy the needs of the business as well as alternatives
- Ability to grow with the role and take more responsibility over time
- Knowledge of Avaloq Banking System or Midas, technical understanding and exposure to the Private Banking industry would be an advantage
