Business Analyst / Assistant Manager (Project Management Office) – Insurance / Bank recruitment
The candidate is responsible for:
- Managing projects for the project full life-cycle including initiating, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and project control
- Investigating new technologies/products/services and identify business process improvement, and system enhancement project opportunities
- Monitoring and reporting project progress per standards. Ensure that key stakeholders are informed of project status, actions and plan
- Managing and or contributing as a team member, in one or more business systems projects, managing multiple projects where needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above in computer science or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in project management
- Proven track record in project management and reviewing the process and process re-engineering in large scale organizations
- PMP, PRINCE2 or related certificates is preferred
- Good understanding of bank/ insurance operations is a plus
- Interest to explore and introduce new technologies
- Excellent communication
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
