Business Analyst- BA- Domain Architect- HR solutions – Oracle HRMS – Peoplesoft
My client a Top Tier Financial institution are currently in need of a candidate who can drive the change/transformation process for them.
The ideal candidate :
Must have experience working in HR change projects with implementation exposure.
Be able to gather requirements, asess client needs for change.
Be the link between the business divisions and act as a solution provider for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintainign solutions.
Focus on client relationship management and providing end clients with accurate reporting of service and operating level agreements.
Previous implementation experience with HR solutions, including Oracle, Peoplesoft or Cognos is desireable.
