My client is a hugely successful and leading global software vendor within the sell side electronic trading technology, investment and information solutions space. A Business Analyst with an impeccable work ethic is urgently required to join the London office's profession services team immediately.
The role will primarily be within the Managed Enterprise group, operating with larger, more innovative customers to tailor standard services and develop innovative solutions which are provided as fully managed and hosted services.
The role of the successful Business Analyst - (BA, Pre Sales, Enterprise, Equities, Derivatives, Electronic Trading, Vendor, Trading Platform, London) will include:
- Organising and running the pre-sales workshops with prospective clients as part of a project scoping exercise
- Ensuring customer requirements are effectively managed via usage of your expert understanding of the business and practises of Equity and Derivatives trading
- Using extensive product knowledge to promote solutions from a pre-sales perspective
- Liaising with sales, marketing and implementation teams to ensure that the delivery process meets and exceeds the expectation of the clients
- Performing gap analysis on requirements and documenting these together with solutions in a clear and succinct method
- Provision of you expertise throughout the EMEA region, travelling to client sites to analyse their requirements, and produce feasible solutions to meet clients' needs

In order to be considered for the Business Analyst Pre Sales Enterprise role, the following is absolutely essential:
- Significant experience within a client/business facing BA role within the investment banking sector where you have had much experience with capturing, analysing, and documenting client requirements
- Experience of Equities and/or Listed Derivatives trading
- Proven capability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients as well as internal teams
- Ability to grasps new concepts quickly and to remain calm under pressure
- Be open and eligible to occasional EMEA travel and work occasional weekends
- Educated to at least BSc level in a numerate or computer science subject
