Business Analyst (Banking / Finance, Payments, FATCA) recruitment
The Business Analyst will be joining a fast paced team with a focus on delivering high quality software that matches business specificaiton. The Business Analyst will have three or more years’ experience working in a Business Analyst capacity, with excellent business facing skills. Key skills or knowledge for the Business Analyst position are either in Payments or regulatory compliance, particularly FATCA.
The Business Analyst will have the following skills:
- Data Analysis – Including using SQL
- Either experience in regulatory compliance (e.g FATCA) or payments systems development / implementation
- Formal modelling techniques – UML
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in managing solution delivery
- A qulification in Business Analysis (ISEB etc) and exposure to Agile / Lean processes will also help your application
This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded, motivated and ambitious graduate to work for a department with a strong track record in training and promoting their staff in to senior positions. On arrival, the Business analyst will be given a training and improvement plan in order to progress them throught the ranks quickly. The successful Business analyst does not need to have financial services experience, though this will be an advantage. The Business analyst will be exposed to a diverse number of projects, both within Process improvement and IT development, and the bank are looking to hire candidates with experience in both.
