An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Business Analyst / Project Manager to join an established project team tasked with the implementation of Basel III regulatory requirement for a specific banking division within a large blue-chip Bank.
With a focus on treasury, interest rate risk and liquidity; you will roll out the regulatory Basel III requirement providing;
• In conjunction with the Senior Business Analysts and Retail and Wealth Treasury Projects Manager, input to delivery solution, requirements and specification gathering
• Delivery of comprehensive and clear reports detailing analysis undertaken and conclusion(s) reached plus status updates (PMO)
• Production and validation of technical documentation, with a focus upon data mapping and data flows understanding the business environment
• Formulation of test scripts and actual testing of IT delivered solutions through UAT
• Co-ordinating and producing project documents
• Engagement with Business teams to assure validation of requirements
Requirements
Accountancy qualified – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Experience of project management methodologies over the full project lifecycle, including documentation standards, risk modelling, change controls, quality (control and security) frameworks and compliance.
Knowledge of banking, products and terminology; understanding of treasury concepts and the regulatory framework with emphasis upon liquidity.
