As our Business Analyst, located in Bromfield, CO, you will be responsible for analyzing key trends and data to help drive our business, corporate wide. Your expertise with Excel and an enterprise data system, such as SQL Server and Oracle, will assist you in performing ad hoc reporting and analysis to support sales and web team decision making. While Qlikview is our preferred BI tool, your experience with any BI tool paired with your knowledge of Hyperion, Oracle, or other financial systems will be critical to your success in this role. This is not a role where you will be working on one data set. Experience with a multitude of systems and tools will enable you to integrate fifteen to twenty tables or data sets to get information you need for thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong communication skills and an investigative attitude will allow you to dig into data integrity issues and work with business stakeholders and web operations to resolve problems and ensure reporting accuracy. Although you will be part of a team, self-motivation and self-discipline are necessary as you will often be working with little direction or supervision.
