-- Business Analyst-- Business Consulting Description PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITES - Conducts Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Workflow documentation expertise - Translating business problems/requirements into technical specifications for configuration or development - Manages projects using basic facilitation skills. - Develops project scope, objectives, detailed work plans, resource plans, budget communications and status reports. - Manages all project resources, internal and external - Manages project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts using basic facilitation skills on a continuous basis, escalating issues when appropriate. - Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources accordingly to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet stakeholder expectations. - Effectively communicates project status and issues with stakeholders as required.
