Business Analyst – Cash Management (Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management) or Trade Finance recruitment
The Business Analyst is responsible for activities which translate complex requirements into functional specifications which serve as the basis for technical solutions. Responsibilities:
- Analyses business requirements documentation and other artifacts received from Domain Management.
- Be a primary source of requirement details towards software solution architects, developers and testers.
- Responsible for formulating and creating functional specification documentation, in close collaboration with business analysts, application owners and solution architects.
- Primary lead to create and modify business facing documentation (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries).
- Support testing on behalf of users, operations, and testing teams potentially including test plans, test cases, test-data and review of interface testing, between different applications, when required.
- Works with application developers to resolve functional issues from user acceptance testing (UATs) and to help find solutions for various functional difficulty areas.
- Cover Solution detailing and solution maintenance areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in requirement analysis
- Domain Experience – Cash Management (Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management) or Trade Finance
- Exposure to Business Process Modeling using any standard tool.
- Experiencing in building/leading/managing Business analysis teams
- Experiencing in dealing clients/customers during the requirement analysis phase.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others by persuasion rather than authority
- Exposure to web based technologies UI is desired.
