My client a global Corporate Bank is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Compliance Change team to work on various transformation projects across the bank. The candidate must have strong Business Analysis skills with experience working with structured methodologies. They will be working on projects of various scales concurrently and must have stakeholder management experience.
Essential:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst for a large scale organisation with strong documentation skills
- Experience working on change projects
- Structured methodologies (BPM, BPMN, UML, RUP) and process modelling experience
- Strong communication skills with stakeholder management experience
Desirable:
- Experience working in banking (Corporate, Investment or Retail)
- Experience of Compliance within Financial Services
- End to end experience of a Global Change Programme
