Business Analyst - Global Client Relationship Management
A Global Investment Bank is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience of Client Relationship Management, Risk and Profitability tools to join a Global Programme.
Candidates will have experience of Client Relationship Management, Risk and Profitability tools a strong track record in working in a global environment with both business users and IT SME's and an understanding of a global capital markets business. Furthermore, experience of working in a standalone business analysis role, knowledge of financial services regulation and exposure to CRM, client profitability and or client risk tools will be required.
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of Client Relationship Management within Investment Banking
- Business Analyst within a Global programme
- Ability to capture functional requirements
- Synthesise multiple sets of related requirements
- A knowledge of Asset Management or Capital Markets would be ideal
- Exposure to client profitability and or client risk tools
