Business Analyst / Client Services Manager recruitment

Our Client, one of the leading global providers of software to manage commodities and energy trading enterprise risk solutions, is looking to hire Business Analyst / Client Services Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the work including interacting with prospects clients in the commodity trading industry worldwide during various stages of software product implementation, planning, supervision, engagement management and senior client management.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse the client’s business needs.

• Determine the functional gaps and provide solutions.

• Mapping business processes to software functionality.

• Design and Document functional specifications.

• Training users on software functionality.

• Supporting user acceptance and integration testing and software roll-out.

Requirements


• 4+ years in Oil/ Agricultural/ Metals (commodity) trading business (front, middle or back office).

• Physical commodity trading and commodity operations / logistics.

• Over the Counter (OTC) and Exchange-based Derivatives trading.

• Commodity price Risk Management concepts.

• Ability to understand and articulate the Business process.

• Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
