Business Analyst- Complaints recruitment

 Responsibilities

  Own and run the Complaints PWG

• Understand the business requirements (recently signed off)

• Facilitate amendments to existing systems which report complaints

• Facilitate changes to the Target Operating Model to ensure the process for monitoring and reporting ongoing complaints is robust and effective

• Manage the knock on impacts on training manuals, intranet sites, etc

• Ensure all compliance issues are managed
