SUMMARY:
This individual participates in all business analysis functions, including Enterprise Analysis

PRIMARY DUTIES:
-Create and/or provide input to project plans as they pertain to requirements
-Lead facilitated meetings with subject matter experts and ensure output is documented
-Ensure that requirements diagrams, models and definitions are complete and consistent, and meet the needs of the project
-Ensure preparation of Requirements Specification documentation as required by the project
-Provide expertise on the tools that the Delivery Methodology recommends for requirements modeling, review, documentation and management
-Understand and use the components of the Delivery Methodology that focus on requirements
-Serve as manager/lead on small-to-large scale requirements projects
-Serve as manager/lead on business improvement efforts
-Serve as manager/lead on enterprise business architecture efforts
-Ensure that test conditions and test scripts are created and validated for user acceptance testing
-Manage requirements review sessions
-Manage requirements traceability and change request process

EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY:
Minimum of 8-10 years BA experience

WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Expertise in the requirements life cycle
-Expertise in requirements analysis and management techniques
-Expertise in project management
-Analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
-Certification or relevant experience with modeling tools

-Excellent knowledge of any one business area or product, and their supporting systems
